Chad (the Dad) Harris is an American actor, comedian, writer and musician. He’s a stand-up comic from the Midwest who has studied, practiced and taught improv comedy across the country for many years. He is the creator of the satire news source Fair City News, as well as a long/short form group, the Improvadors; he served as co-catalyst of the Skinny Improv Theatre and currently is a comedic writer and performer for the Emmy awarded televised talk show, The Mystery Hour, writes a column as “Chad (the Dad)” for 417 Magazine and can be heard as a guest on terrestrial radio stations.
Harris enjoys working as a commercial actor, writer, voice-over talent, host, event speaker and musician, yet he still finds being a husband and father of two very rewarding (beyond mining for material). Deliberately, he has survived Y2K, the Great Recession, and the Mayan Doomsday prophecy.
